Shipping
Receive FREE shipping in Canada for any order of $100. When you purchase $100 or more in merchandise, free shipping will be automatically applied during the checkout process.
Your order will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm PST, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays, will ship the following business day.
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post. Orders over $100 will be shipped by Express post with tracking, orders under $100 will be shipped by regular mail without tracking. Snap Jewelry will not be responsible for lost packages through Canada Post. In order to protect your purchase, Snap Jewelry recommends purchasing upgraded shipping to include a tracking number. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive (expect up to 14 days in remote areas). Additional optional delivery options (such as express delivery and tracking) are also available for an extra fee during checkout.
Merge Shipping
Please only choose the MERGE shipping option if we haven’t shipped your order yet and you want to add something else to your order. This option CANNOT be used for the original order. You cannot combine orders to receive free shipping. Shipping must be paid or free shipping must be reached on the initial order. Subsequent orders MUST contain the same name and address as the original order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you can no longer use the merge option. Please keep in mind that using this option will bump your order back in the shipping queue.
Shipping to the United States
We offer free shipping anywhere in the U.S for orders over $150. Extra charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska. You are responsible to pay for any extra taxes or duties associated with your order once it reaches its destination.
Unclaimed Packages
If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us. If/when we receive back your order, the order will be refunded in the form of a store credit less the shipping costs.
Return Policy
ALL RETURNS are for store credit only.
Returned items must be in original condition with accompanying proof-of-purchase (original invoice) and mailed back within 30 days of your order date. If you send a return back outside of your return window your return will not be accepted and you are responsible for any shipping fees to get your product back.
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange and are considered final sale:
- Earrings, hats
- Gift Certificates
- Sale items
- Clearance items
If you send back an item that is not eligible for return then you are responsible to pay for return shipping back to you. We will NOT issue store credit on ineligible items.
If you received a damaged or defective item, you must notify us by email to info@snapjewelry.ca within 48 hours of order being received, so please ensure your new items are inspected upon receipt. Damaged item(s) will be replaced with the same item unless it is out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case, you can choose a different item of equal or lessor value. Product replacements will be shipped within 30 business days.
Returned items must be shipped in a padded envelope or a small box; items not packaged properly can be damaged in transit and you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you insure your return shipment and use a Canada Post tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If these options are no longer available to you, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of your refund.
Please allow sufficient time for your refund to be processed through your bank or credit card company, depending on their refund policies.
