Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your merchandise total reaches $50 or more.

Orders under $50 are shipped via regular letter mail without tracking. This untracked shipping option is offered as a convenience but is at the buyer’s risk. Snap Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages once they leave our store. To protect your purchase, Snap Jewelry recommends selecting the optional $17 tracked shipping, which includes a tracking number—even if your order qualifies for free shipping.

If your untracked package does not arrive, we’re happy to issue a store credit for the value of the missing items. This credit can be used on your next purchase; however, please note that standard tracked shipping rates will apply to the replacement order regardless of its value. This ensures fair service for all customers.

Items Excluded from Free Shipping

Some items cannot be mailed flat and are therefore excluded from free shipping. These will ship via expedited service with tracking, and the flat-rate shipping cost will apply.
These include:

  • Sunglasses

  • Thick jewelry or accessories

  • Larger or bulky items

Your cart will automatically reflect the flat-rate shipping charge if any of these items are included.

Delivery Times

Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Remote areas may take up to 14 days.
Orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 pm MT on Fridays, on weekends, or statutory holidays will ship the following business day.

Local Free Pickup

Choose FREE local pickup during checkout to pick up your order in person from our Calgary store. Pick-up instructions will be emailed after your order is placed.

Merge Shipping Option

Use the MERGE shipping option only if your original order has not yet shipped and you want to add additional items. This option cannot be used for your initial order or to combine separate orders for free shipping. Subsequent orders must use the same name and address as the original order. Once your order has shipped, the merge option is no longer available. Please note that using this option may delay your shipment as your order is moved back in the shipping queue.

Shipping to the United States

Enjoy FREE shipping to the U.S. on orders over $125 CAD!
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your merchandise total reaches $125 CAD or more.

Orders under $125 CAD will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and other remote U.S. regions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees once the order arrives in the U.S. These charges vary by location and are not included in your order total.

Unclaimed Packages

If delivery is refused or the package is unclaimed for any reason, orders will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us. Once received back, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping costs.

Return Policy

All returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • Returned items must be in original condition with proof of purchase (original invoice) and shipped back within 30 days of your order date.

  • Returns outside this window will not be accepted, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Earrings, hats

    • Gift certificates

    • Sale and clearance items

If an ineligible item is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and no store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@snapjewelry.ca with your order details. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same item unless it is out of stock or discontinued. In that case, you may choose a replacement of equal or lesser value, or receive a gift card. Replacements ship within 30 business days.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Returned items must be shipped in a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage. Snap Jewelry is not responsible for damaged or lost returns. We recommend insured, tracked shipping for your returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for the return address.

Returns for Event or Market Purchases

All purchases made at events or markets are final sale and are not eligible for store credit. Damaged or defective items purchased at these venues follow the same policy above.
