Snap Jewelry Reseller FAQ
Program Basics
Is this an affiliate program?
No. You buy at wholesale (50% off SRP) and keep the retail margin. Your ๐ referral link just adds store credits from online orders you refer.
Do I have to stock inventory?
Only if you want to! A starter order helps you present well, enabling you to run your first vendor show; after that, order what you want.
Whatโs the onboarding bonus?
Pay $200 (a $400 retail value) โ get a $200 coupon (wholesale) + free expedited shipping on that order. We also include an acrylic snap display, two bracelet stands, and two necklace stands to help you showcase your jewelry. Styles and selection may vary and are provided at the Companyโs discretion.
When does my coupon expire?
Your enrollment coupon expires at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (America/Edmonton), 30 days after your enrollment date.
Example: If you enroll on August 10, your coupon must be used by September 9 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
What happens if I donโt use my $200 coupon within 30 days?
If it is not redeemed by the expiry date, your reseller invitation will be revoked. The $200 you paid will be converted into store credit on a regular customer account โ but wholesale pricing and reseller benefits will no longer apply.
When do minimums start?
Your enrollment month and 30-day coupon period are waived. After your coupon expires, monthly minimums begin on the 1st of the following month (Mountain Time).
To stay active, you must meet at least $50 CAD per month in wholesale purchases (or credited referrals through your rep link).
Example: Enroll on August 10 โ coupon expires September 9 โ minimums start October 1.
Credits & Payouts
How are credits calculated and paid?
Credits are earned when customers shop through your referral link. To turn credits into cash (PayPal payout) or store coupons:
๐ You must first meet your $50 monthly wholesale purchase requirement.
๐ Cashouts are not automatic โ you need to email us your payout request by the last day of the month.
๐ฐ Minimum payout request for PayPal is $25 CAD.ย
- ๐ If you donโt request a payout, your credits will automatically roll over to the next month.
๐ Eligible payouts are processed by the 15th of the following month.
Example: If you earn $75 in credits in September, you must first place your $50 wholesale order for September. You can then request a payout for the $25 balance by September 30. That payout will be processed by October 15.
What if I miss a month?
Youโre suspended on the 1st (MT). Credits under $51 are forfeited; $51+ are frozen for 60 days and restored if you reinstate.
How do I reinstate if suspended?
If your account is suspended for missing the monthly minimum, you may reinstate by:
Paying $200, which includes a new $200 coupon (wholesale) + free expedited shipping. Stands may be included.
OR paying $100 within 60 days (no coupon or stands).
Selling & Marketing
Where can I sell?

๐ Your own website (different biz): add a prominent link/banner to your referral URL (no hosted checkout)

Can I sell new jewelry before the official launch date?
Yes โ with a few guidelines. Iโll post all upcoming jewelry launches in the Snap Jewelry VIP Resellers Facebook group, including their planned launch dates, so youโll always know whatโs coming up.
โจ You may:
Purchase upcoming jewelry before launch
Sell it in person (markets, vendor shows, events, parties, etc.)
๐ซ You may not:
Post, advertise, or sell it online until the official launch date
This way, everyone has the same information and a fair launch window. ๐
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, for in-person sales you can set your own prices. For anything you advertise publicly online or in print, you must follow our pricing guidelines:
SRP (Suggested Retail Price): the price we recommend you sell at.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price): the lowest price you are allowed to publicly advertise.
We publish SRP and MAP for all products. Temporary promotions may change them, and youโll be notified when that happens.
Can I use your photos/videos?
Yes โ and we encourage it! Youโll have access to our private Facebook group upon enrollment, where you can download and use our official photos and videos. Please include a visible link to snapjewelry.ca or your personal referral link on all posts/pages. Make sure the link is clickable online, and always keep our logos/watermarks intact.
Can I use my own photos/videos?
Yes โ we love when reps create their own content! Just remember to:
Use either our main link or your referral link with all posts.
Add our watermark/logo to the material you create (youโll find brand logos in the Facebook group).
Share your creations with our reseller community โ we may even feature them!
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Do you charge tax on wholesale?
No (as of now). Youโre responsible for any taxes/remittances in your business.
What are the shipping rules for resellers?
- Enrollment-coupon order: free expedited shipping.
- Regular wholesale orders: free standard shipping on orders โฅ $200; orders under $200 ship at our standard rate.
- You may purchase faster shipping at checkout if desired (currently called $17 tracked shipping).

Who handles returns?
- Orders placed directly on our website follow Snap Jewelryโs posted return policy.
- For your in-person or storefront sales, you set and handle your own return policy.
- If you encounter a defective item, report it within 15 days of receipt. Weโll provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Other Policies
Do I need insurance?
We strongly encourage carrying Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance (e.g., $1M/$2M coverage). This protects you if someone is injured at your booth or if thereโs property damage at an event. Youโre solely responsible for any event/vendor insurance required by markets or fairs.
Territories or exclusivity?
No formal territories are assigned. If you plan to attend an event where another Snap Jewelry Brand Rep may also be present, the first rep who registers for that event has the right to participate. We encourage open communication between reps, and weโll do our best to support you with special events when you let us know in advance.
How do I change my rep link or get help?
