Snap Jewelry

Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

How do you care for and clean your snaps and accessories?

Our snaps and jewelry are rhodium and/or silver plated. As with all rhodium-plated jewelry, tarnishing may naturally occur over time. To keep your snaps and accessories looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners. These products strip the plating on all plated jewelry and will cause permanent damage. We also encourage you to limit exposing your snaps and accessories to water (bathing, hand-washing, etc.) and never wear them into a lake, pool or spa.

How do you change out snaps?

To change your snaps, simply pop them off the base using your finger or with the pick tool. Simply insert the tip of the pick between the snap and the base, and twist to gently remove the snap. Swap them out with a new design to match your outfit!

Do you have a catalogue?

We do not have a paper catalogue. Snap Jewelry is an online, e-commerce website. You can also view our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/snapjewelrycanada

Snap jewelry can be a potential choking hazard for children due to its small size and the risk of detachment of small parts:

  1. Supervise children when wearing snap jewelry: Parents or guardians should always supervise children when they are wearing snap jewelry to ensure that it is not accidentally ingested or inhaled.
  2. Keep out of reach of young children, especially those under the age of three.
  3. Do not wear snap jewelry while sleeping: Children should not wear snap jewelry while sleeping, as it can pose a risk of choking or strangulation.
  4. Do not put snap jewelry in the mouth: Snap jewelry should not be put in the mouth, as it can be a choking hazard.
  5. Dispose of broken snap jewelry: Any broken or damaged snap jewelry should be disposed of immediately, as loose or detached parts can pose a choking hazard.
